Ever since I bought my iPhone back when they first came out, I've wondered when Apple would support the Flash Player on the iPhone. I would love to develope Flash apps for the iPhone. I think you could really make the two work well with each other.
James Gardiner from the JamieG Analysis gives his thoughts on why Apple doesn't currently allow the Flash Player. He believes that Apple may never allow the Flash Player on the iphone.

The New York Times has put together a very cool interactive Flash map of Olympic medals. Each Country has a circle and the circle size is determined by the number of medals that countries won in the summer Olympics. You can click on a Country to view medal details. You can view past Olympics going all the way back to 1896.
It's very cool to see stats put into an interactive visual experience. More news companies should be using media like this.

The magneticMenu Flash component displays icons, images, or flash files in a magnetic like menu. When a user mouses over an icon the icon is attracted to the mouse pointer much like a real magnet. Supports both a horizontal or vertical menu.
The XML Accordion Icon Menu displays images in a vertical menu that opens like an accordion. Icons, titles, URL, and themes, are defined in an external XML file.
